I am available Monday-Thursday in person and telehealth, and some Fridays depending on ongoing trainings and travel. Note: A value of mine is traveling to see family, friends, and adventure; but I try to offer telehealth as often as possible when I’m out of town.

I offer 50 minute sessions for individuals for $175. Longer sessions are available (and for ketamine assisted therapy sessions are necessary) and are billed at $175/hour. I also offer sliding scale options if needed.

I do not take insurance. I can provide a superbill for out-of-network benefits if you’d like.
-
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, and charge the full fee for late cancellations unless they are a result of a medical emergency.

This is dependent on your goals and needs in therapy. We have options to meet twice a week, once a week, every other week, and on from there. At least initially, I recommend starting with one session each week. Working together less than every other week can start to feel a little disjointed and can be hard to integrate the session into daily life.

Yes. I view addiction and substance use through an attachment lens, which means that we will explore how a relationship with a substance is exactly that, a relationship. We will unpack how and why that relationship formed in order to meet certain needs that were otherwise unmet, and how you can creatively meet those needs now without the substance. If you are in recovery from an addiction and are finding similar addictive patterns occurring even without the substance, we can explore what might be driving those patterns and move towards healing.

Well, I didn’t really know what therapy was actually about until age 21. At that time I started working in wilderness therapy and got hooked by the possibilities for authenticity, personal growth, meaningful and deep relationships, self-understanding that reduced shame, and an endless fascination with the human experience. Since I started in 2013, I have been consistently challenged and excited by my personal therapeutic journey and it’s an honor to walk with other people on their journeys. It is my calling!
